Day 136-137/365:

Post-Covid, people have come with some of the most unique and unusual ideas to promote. It could be business ideas, wellness, support for mental health, DIY arts and crafts, cooking and more. And today, I bumped into one of these.

A Japanese radio host, Keiko Kawano, has now found a way to help people smile in the post-covid period when the masks are no more mandatory. According to her, being trapped behind masks for 2 plus years, people have not had the opportunity to smile at others. And now with the masks gone, people need to know ways to strengthen their zygomatic muscles around the corner of the mouth that helps people smile. And therefore, she takes online and in-person classes to assist people to exercise these muscles around their mouth to smile better. What an imaginative thought, don’t you agree? I’m not sure we need someone to train us to smile but the importance of smile cannot be refuted. Yet, in my mind, I can think of so many people who might need to get this training because covid or no covid, some people are always grumpy; they never smile. Do you know of such people? I can think of at least 3.😁
